HAZ ø RAN 2023 08 Kütüphaneler Haftası 4. Sınıflar Bilim Fuarı Libraries Week 4Th Grade Science Fair Türkiye’de 59 yıldır mart ayının son pazartesi günü ile başlayan haftası “Kütüphaneler Haftası” olarak kutlanır. Bu çerçevede Çevre Koleji İlkokulu öğrencileri, her sene geleneksel olarak düzenlenen “Kitap Kahramanımı Anlatıyorum” etkinliği ile okudukları kitapları, karakterlerin gözünden arkadaşlarına anlattılar. Birbirinden farklı ve yaratıcı kostümlerle etkinliğe katılan öğrencilerimiz, birçok kitabın içeriğini tanıma şansı buldular. Kütüphaneler Haftası kutlu olsun! 4. sınıf öğrencilerimiz Bilim Fuarı etkinlikleri kapsamında Croda Kimya eğitmenleri tarafından gösterilen deneyleri yaptılar. Croda Kimya atölyesinde tamamen yenilenebilir ham maddelerden üretilen, pigmentsiz ve koruyucu katkı maddeler içermeyen ürünlerin önemini fark ettiler. Koyun yününün çeşitli işlemlerden geçirilmesiyle elde edilen ve günlük yaşamda kullandığımız tedavi edici kremlerin içeriğinde kullanılan “lanolin” maddesi hakkında fikir sahibi oldular. Öğrencilerimiz, katıldıkları bu atölyede keyifli ve öğretici bir deneyime sahip oldular. In Türkiye, the week which starts on the last Monday of March has been celebrated as “Libraries Week” for 59 years. In the activity “I’m telling my book hero”, traditionally organized every year as a part of this event, Çevre College Primary School students told their friends about the books they had read through the eyes of their main characters. Our students, who participated in the event in various and creative costumes, had the chance to get to know the contents of lots of books. Happy Libraries Week! Our 4th grade students performed the experiments shown by Croda Chemistry instructors as part of the Science Fair activities. In the Croda Chemistry workshop, they realized the importance of products made from completely renewable raw materials, without pigment and preservative additives. They had an idea about the ‘’lanolin’’ substance, which is obtained by processing sheep’s wool through various processes and used in the content of therapeutic creams that we use in daily life. Our students had an enjoyable and instructive experience in the workshop they attended.
