OCAK 2024 05 Elgiz Henden Muhammet Başbuğ Elgiz Henden Muhammet Başbuğ 2023-2024 eğitimve öğretimyılı hizmet içi eğitimdönemimizde İz Koçluk Eğitim ve Danışmanlık eğitim koçu Elgiz Henden’i ağırladık. “Eğitim ve Öğrenci Koçluğu - Tazeleme Eğitimi” ile ortaokul ve lise koç öğretmenlerimizle çalışan Sayın Elden, öğrenci koçluğu nedir, koçluk sistemi nasıl işler ve faydaları nelerdir konularında detaylı ve uygulamalı çalışmalarla öğretmenlerimizin bu alandaki bilgilerini tazelemelerine olanak sundu. Sayın Elgiz Henden’e değerli katkılarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. 2023-2024 eğitimve öğretimyılı hizmet içi eğitimdönemimizde İstanbul Üniversitesi Cerrahpaşa Temel Eğitim Bölüm Başkanı Prof Dr Muhammet Baştuğ’u ağırladık. “Okuma Becerileri ve Anlama Düzeyleri” başlıklı seminerinde Sayın Baştuğ, öğrencilerde okuma tutkusu ve alışkanlığı geliştirme, akıcı okumayı arttırma, okuduğunu anlama becerisini geliştirme, öğrencilere ögrenme davranışını kazandırma konularına değindi. Prof Dr Muhammet Baştuğ’a değerli katkılarından dolayı çok teşekkür ederiz. During our 2023-2024 academic year in-service training period we hosted Elgiz Henden, the education coach of İz Koçluk Training and Consultancy. Elgiz Henden, who has Professional Certified Coach PCC-ICF andRegistered ICFMentor Coach accreditations, worked with our secondary and high school coaches in her seminar / workshop titled “Education and Student Coaching – Refreshment Training”. Elgiz Elden provided our teachers with the opportunity to refresh their knowledge in this field with detailed instruction and focused on the issues of what student coaching is, how the coaching system works and what the benefits are. We would like to thank Elgiz Henden for her valuable contributions. During our in-service training period of the 2023-2024 academic year, we hosted Prof Dr Muhammet Baştuğ, Head of the Basic Education Department at Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa. In his seminar titled “Reading Skills and Comprehension Levels”, Mr. Baştuğ touched upon the issues of developing reading passion and habits in students, increasing fluent reading, improving reading comprehension skills, and helping students gain learning behavior.
